The Problem
After staff at a site where we were installing solar for another client shared their experience with Kip management, the owner reached out to us and requested we assess other sites he owned.
We completed feasibility studies at 14 Kip locations in three states and so far, have installed solar PV systems at 10 of those sites.
As some sites were in residential areas, we encountered DNSP restrictions and a lack of infrastructure set up for larger systems.
The Solution
After reviewing energy consumption, available roof space and, in collaboration with the owner of Kip, Quality Energy designed and installed a total of 238.92kW of solar.
The new systems are made up of 547 x 440W Risen Energy N-Type panels and 17 Sungrow inverters of various capacities.
